Yin Pop-Up!

Eckhart Tolle – You are invited to do Yin and Myofascial Release with us tonight, we are focusing on the hips. This is a great class for anybody that has low back pain, stress or anxiety. We will do breathing exercises, meditate and soothe the soul with Allegra singing and playing acoustic guitar. Wear layers and be willing to let go, gently. Thursday 7-8:30pm. We are trying this as a monthly pop-up!
